Zusammenfassung
Rafaela grew up in the Cinder Sector of the outer belts, an isolated region that her step mother and step sisters can't bear. She's eligible to enter the Prince's race, if she can get her mother's old scout ship repaired in time, but she also needs to discover what her mother really left behind.
Prince Brendan needs to catch a bride that he can trust. He was born with Corporate records written into his genes in a Solar System brewing with political strife. He bets his future on a race, but will he find out what this Cinder girl's family is tangled up in?
With interstellar travel still confined below the speed of light, the vast majority of humanity now carries the extra pair of chromosomes packed with an inheritance of genetic memories. Those who don't carry the extra genes have been disregarded for centuries. Humanity needs to let go of the past in order to expand their future.

The story is interesting and exciting. The revisioned Cinderella story is set as a space opera. The characters are interesting and 3 dimensional. The writing is polished with interesting themes.
Another delightful story from one of my favorite authors on here. This is the Cinderella fairytale, transposed into a future galaxy, science fiction setting. The opening chapters introduce our main cast of characters and smoothly let us learn about the setting, without any tedious info dumps. I’m looking forward to seeing what complications lie in store for Ella and her prince. (Review given after chapter 12, still early in the story)
OMG ! OMG ! OMG !! I had never imagined that I will ever get a chance to read one of my favourite fairytale with the touch of modern storytelling art and the background both ! So let's start the review with writing style , I must admit the writing style is not only flawless ,but also perfect for hooking the reader and as you go deeper in the book , the craving of reading just one more chapter keeps you awake. I love the character development of female lead , as she is one of the sassy characters everyone should definitely know once in their lifetime ;) And with this coming to an end of my review I will definitely say that this is a must read book from opinion and I really recommend you to do so ! Not a bad book all in all. The first few chapters should have had a bit more to describe the world so we wouldn't be confused about the races or the process for the engagement. The writing quality is good but a bit snail paced in my opinion, but other than that it is an interesting read
It's very neatly written, with a simple explanation about world coming almost effortlessly from the dialogue. The scenario is at once the same, and not as that of the fairly tale, that makes it all the more interesting. It must be said - This is interstellar. I love interstellar to bits, so it's easy for me to read, understand, and empathize. However, the story progresses well enough that even non-interstellar fans can read it okay. Try it. You won't regret it.

Thanks for reading!! [img=recommend] I can't quite believe that when I wrote down this story idea I thought it would be a light and fluffy tale. Oops. I'm trying to add lighter spots here and there, but it turns out that the original fairytale versions are all pretty dark too o-0. The genetic conflict going on in the background kind of developed itself as I added details into the background of my outline that focused mainly on the relationships.[img=coins] Even though I gave myself five stars on the writing quality, I have to admit that it's purely for effort. Many of these chapters have taken me days, or even weeks to write, as I recovered from my last Neurosurgery. Even though I've improved a lot, it's still a struggle.[img=coins]
