Author, of your works that I've had the utmost joy of experiencing, this one sadly isn't one I can say that about. The build-up is dragging on too long and at chapter 17, which was the latest release at time of reading, I've become incapable of wxperiencing this story without needing to put holes in everything that moves. The brother is probably a reincarnator or something like that as he clearly seems to act with knowledge he shouldn't be able to get his hands on and that leads him to act in ways that would make me kill him at least 3 times over. I simply can not deal with this. I genuinely hope that things work out for you and that you can make money off of this, but this really is not for me. I'm sorry.

Meh, almost 200 chapters, still same cultivation level, first 50 chapters are decent, then it became bland, i get it that The mc is a clan head and he should care about the clan first, but it's still a cultivation novel, and fang yuan is the protagonist, i don't understand why make him a background character, this story feels more like a POV of some random extra, i get that he should appear like a pillar for the other clan memebers but for the readers i want to see an MC, even if he hide it, yet we have this shit.

I don't know how to feel about this novel. The writing quality is excellent. However , The portrayal of MC is far from ideal. He is much stronger than some of his opponents ( other clan heads ) . But he keeps on engaging in petty squabbles with them. He could crush them if he wanted . Yet, the author drags the chapters on minor sqirmishes that could have been solved pretty easily. Nothing just happens in a lot of chapters. There is no feeling of reward or achievement in the end of these numerous chapters. The MC keeps getting unlucky and suffer. What is the point of reading these chapters if you can't resonate with the MC and end up getting more frustrated at the end ??. The author might have intended to use it for comedic purposes . But it does more harm than good. Did I mention that his family members are all plain stupid but now the MC has to go around fixing their mistakes ?

Hey author, I love the idea. The characters have a lot of personality and I can see the thought gone into writing this, but this is borderline unreadable. Not in the plots gone wrong kinda way, but in a have AI glamorize every paragraph kinda way. I’m not accusing you of using it, but the constant shift of attention in the story really kills any pacing there could be. One second he could be thinking about family betrayal, the next paperwork, then a maid walks in with a pastry and it shifts to commenting on how it melts into his mouth. The next second his brother has been missing for 6 hours and now he must find him while comforting his brothers girlfriend like he’s gone to confront a mortal enemy. I can see a lot of personality in the characters introduced, but there is a serious case of overdetailing every little thing they do and think. Not just characters but objects as well. I believe there was a description somewhere where it says something along the lines of ‘blazing not just with heat, but intent’. Not your exact words but close enough. I don’t even know what that means, what does it even add to the story? That my piece, I hope author over time can fix this glaring issue as he writes this novel. Have a great day.

Aaaaand dropped. Not only did you make the female lead more garbage with each chapter, but now she even forced MC to marry her. GG. 'As a half-step Hollow Something Cultivator, I can dominate among every Nascent Realm Cultivator' -> proceeds to not be able to dominate among Nascent Realm Cultivators, and now he is a weak ass beta p*ssy who is forced to marry the garbage, lunatic female lead because the author is apparently such a weak ass beta himself that he can only write a romantic pair if the would-be husband is threatened by 4 beasts and a yandere garbage. GG, author. Truly marvelous.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know if this is the original novel or stolen/continued/remake. As I read the first couple chapters I noticed the similarities with another novel I read quite a while ago and it is basically the same with some differences like some names like the Divine Ice Sect which was the Mystic Flame sect in the other novel. The name was „MY BROTHER'S THE PROTAGONIST? GOOD THING I AWAKENED MY SYSTEM!“ and is still posted in Webnovel but hasn’t been updated in 8 months. Either way it is a great novel I enjoyed back then and will read now to see if it is the same or changes as it continues.

It is good, and the characters feels like they're made of emotions. Wonder if MC gets stronger to not get passed by his brother? seems like it emotionally hurt to see that your young brother is rising with what you've wanted. Anyways, Author you've carved a masterpiece that I can view!

A simple yet entertaining book about decisions and calm building. The book is about a transmigration MC who became the leader of a clan and through sheer effort managed to not only become powerful but also raise his clan from certain destruction. Main character: while he is strong, is not overpower and he can’t fight hordes of people like any 3 rate novel, also he is funny in certain ways, like getting arrogant and paying for it in a fun way. Side characters: Not too many at the time aside from certain family members or enemies, but most of them are either a bit unique, or behave in a way that make them stick in your mind, not important but not forgettable, a nice balance. Pros of reading this book. •The MC does not start as weak, has a family that loves him (of course, not all) and the clan respects him, so no useles young master behavior. •The MC is mostly a nice person, which I’m tire of reading retarded "you look at me weird, so you die" MC, if he can help he would, if he can’t he won’t or negotiate a in between. •There is a good strong bond with his family, so you see them happily bantering and joking so it’s nice. Cons of the novel. •The story is progressing at a slow rate, but this is depending on your taste, if you are a slow enjoyer then ignore the remark. •There is too little time on the clan, in recent chapters the author is picking this problem up which is nice, but there is still not enough, just 3 lines every 10 chapter is not mentioning the family, it need involvement. All in all, not a bad story, yes is not extremely unique and yes, there is still a few cliches in it but in many fun and unexpected ways. Finally, if you still have a hard time understanding this novel, the start is quite similar (not the same, don’t misunderstand) to the novel Cultivating disciples to break through, albeit different, the feeling is quite the same. Author, kept the good job, and I expect hundreds of chapters more to enjoy.
