On the other hand, Raiden's quirk was hard to go against. Lightning is lightning; Leo's advantage would be his robust defense and energy. And if the two were to chuck energy at each other, lightning would trump Leo's.

Nah, it doesnt work like that. if it did, every low class devil wouldnt be canon fodder. The magic circles they employ gives them efficiency. it makes it like, lets say, 70% cheaper to use spells they imagine. Why do you think the Term Gremory Crests exist, and even "Agares crest"

My mom was all cheerful in the car as she drove me home, asking about my quirk and if I would become a hero in the future. She expressed a hell of a joy for me having gotten a quirk, and that she would give me all the support if I wanted to become a hero. I pretended disinterest and said I didn't know if I wanted to be a hero, after all, it's the act I need to pull off in this 4-year-old body. But she was so excited, full of hopes that I would become a hero. I ended up agreeing just because she asked, but honestly, I didn't expect her to accept so easily. She's always so protective of me, but I let it slide. This world has played too many tricks on me for me to worry about that.
