a child's brain/psyche is far less developed then a 17-year-olds, making them more emotional, yet less "reasonable" and understanding.... So taking a 17-year-old mind/soul and reincarnating them, from birth till present, would most definitely have effects on their psyche, making them more "childlike" and immature. At least, this is my belief lol
