Well, I personally was hoping that you are going to choose Marie Antoinette, she was born in 1755, so she is 1 year younger then Paul. She is certainly a controversial figure, but she wasn't nearly as bad as revolutionary potraited her, she was certainly clever, but perhaps frivolous. Also it would be quite logical from Holy Roman Empire to try and marry her with Paul. Louis XVI could get someone else, screw him. Anyway if you are interested you can try to check out some reads about her, I think she could be an interesting character.

Yeah, imperial prince way too tech-forward and honestly the plot was so-so, the main enemy was always some kind of secret society bs. The main issue of such novels is that technology development becomes way to unreasonable, starting from MC who can remember thousand of schematics to production of some super technologies 10 times faster. MC already in the position of power with knowledge of the future, they can use this knowledge to move the nation on the right derection ahead of others, or some other ways of using future knowledge. Action and emotion in the next chapter? Well, that’s promising, intresting to see what’s going to happen

Why not use a real historical charter? + marriage with some royal family would be a good bonus

Just getting chapters after such a long brake It’s alright, getting chapters after that long brake already very good. As for chapter, it feels small, like it was cut out from a normal chapter or something… Not sure that I can give any tips, but you can try to check out Napoleon in 1812 (good Korean novel) or Reincarnated as Napoleon and Reincarnated as Imperial Prince (can’t say that this two are good) and maybe you can get some ideas or examples for your work.
