You won't find that many online. For reference, are you familiar with the badger moles in Avatar: The Last Airbender? You could use those for imaginative reference
The beasts were large ground hogs, almost the size of a fully-grown bull. They lad large, muscular bodies, long, sharp claws and tusks sticking out from their mouths. Their backs had sharp barbs sticking out and these ones had short but stubby, powerful tails.

Well I made a mistake in describing how the ships were positioned. Look at it this way. The lead ship is at the front. It's the largest of them all so obviously its at the front. the other two are smaller than the lead ship but the same size as each other and they are flying slightly lower than the lead ship on either side. Similar to how fighter jets move together.
Right before his eyes, a blue streak of energy moved backward, uncovering three spaceships that, according to the scientist's hypothesis, were hidden by a cloaking mechanism as three spaceships revealed themselves. Two smaller spaceships were on the sides with the largest in the middle. Frozen in fear, the General remained motionless with his eyes fixated on the ship's unveiling before his eyes.
