Still shouldn't a rare grade item here the coat have two ability ?
When Jack used Inspect on the coat, he found out that its description said that it was a Rare grade cloak piece and could conceal the wearer's data. It didn't increase any attribute though. Jack assumed that the concealment ability served the same function as the face cloth masks that Blackjack's people had worn when they ambushed him in the past.

Oh god ! I just realised why you made the Time Manipulator more complete than the Time Pearl dear author. I just hope they will be able to kill the devils before that. But with the State of Emergency enchantment, some of these recruits should hit the minimum required level to join the battlefield within one week, especially those sent to train at the war academies or barracks.
