Don’t blame the translator. He’s just providing more content. He’s not claiming it’s good content. Like any novel from China, if you’re experienced, your expectations should be VERY LOW. Chinese authors only care about copying from popular genres for money. They make fast food content even if it’s trash because they can make money. It’s just a matter of hit or miss if you like it or not.
