Capítulo 28: Helping Noelle
Sekke who was rushing back towards the base saw Asta come out while yawning, but decided to let him be.
'I need to check if Secre is dry or not? Can't have her catching cold.' thought Sekke as he hurried back to his room.
Soon he got in there and saw Secre sitting near the window trying to dry up.
"He sighed and said, "Like hell you are going to dry up in the room. Go out and you bird brain." said Sekke as he picked out some dry clothes and a towel.
Secre looked at him and then flew towards him and landed on his lap.
Sekke took the towel and wiped her carefully so as to not injure the bird.
Once Secre was all dried up she flew around the room flapping her wings like crazy to get rid of the still stuck moisture.
"Do that outside Secre. I need to change." said Sekke as he opened the door for Secre to go out.
Secre didn't took much time and got out of the room and let Sekke change his clothes in peace.
'...What the hell is that tsundere doing?' thought Sekke as he suddenly felt a large amount of mana gathering near the base.
'...Well she is a part of the protagonist's team, she would be fine.' and continued changing his clothes.
Once he was done he went out towards the source of the mana disturbance and was soon joined by Secre who landed in his shoulder.
"Secre is it very dangerous out there?"
Secre shook her head in denial seeing which Sekke nodded and then peeked out of the window.
"Holy shit! If not for her shitty control, then she could have easily destroy the base....no half.....quarter of the base with her magic." said Sekke as he opens then window and jumped down.
Soon he arrived near the other black bulls who were gathered there and said, "Good morning."
"Hmm...Ah good morning." said Vanessa.
"Haha, it's really a good morning. Let's fight Sekke." said Luck.
"It's really is a pleasant morning. I would really like to spend this day with my friends." mumbled Gordon which no one was able to hear.
"Marie!"
"Looks like she lost her control.....what are you going to do Yami-san." asked Sekke.
"Don't know, if we use attack magic there is a high chance that she will die. If only we had someone who can negate magic..." said Yami casually as he took a smoke.
"AHHHHHHH!!!"
Suddenly as if his wish came true Asta came flying towards him.
Yami just moved his hand forward and caught Asta.
"Good timing brat, I was just thinking about you." said Yami.
"Eh? About me?" asked Asta while pointing at himself
"Yeah, you see that." said Yami as he pointed towards Noelle and the.... something made of water.
"Yes."
"Good go and deal with it." said Yami.
"Alright!...Wait how will I deal with that! I don't even know how to fly?!"
"Shut your trap idiot!" yelled Yami as he started releasing his magic.
He then gripped Asta tightly and said, "Just do something and break you limits!" and threw him towards the royal.
"...You do know that he will die if he couldn't do anything and gets stuck in there as well?" said Sekke.
"No problem, we have a graveyard nearby." said Yami as he took a smoke. He then looked at Sekke and asked, "Can you deal with that?"
"...Well it's not that difficult." replied Sekke
"Then why didn't you say that earlier?" asked Yami
"No one asked me." said Sekke
"...Sounds fair." said Yami as he closed his eyes.
"Should I save them from the fall?"
"Nah, Finral." said Yami.
"Yes, yes I know." said Finral as he used his magic to make a portal below Asta and Noel.
Soon the other end of the portal appeared in front of them and Sekke took a step to the side.
Asta and Noelle soon came out of there as Asta landed at the place where Sekke was standing earlier.
"You alright Asta?" asked Sekke.
"...I am fine!" said Asta in his unusually loud tone and then went towards Noelle.
'And now he used the protagonist magic on her and make the tsundere fall for him and thus his future of getting physically and verbally abused for no logical reason at all is set. The end.' thought Sekke as he nodded his head.
Once everyone from the black bulls were done saying their piece of how she is one of them now and how she can believe in them, Sekke stepped forward and mana bulleted her once again telling her to practice how he asked her to do causing a slight argument amongst them.
After all that was over he asked Charmy to cook him something to eat which she immediately agreed to with a huge smile on her face.
In the evening Sekke along with the other two rookies was there in the hall.
"So what are your plans for now, the others are busy doing their thing?" asked Sekke.
Noelle and Asta stared at him and then thought for a while.
"I have nothing in mind." said Asta.
"I know that your head is empty, no need to tell that." said Sekke.
"Ah, okay...wait you just insulted me!" yelled Asta as he stood up and pointed his finger at him.
"I have no idea as well....I still don't have much mana after what happened today." said Noelle.
"About that, how did it suddenly get that out of control?" asked Sekke.
Hearing his question Noelle looked down as she remembered the thoughts that she had at that time.
Seeing her like that Sekke patted her shoulder and said, "No need to tell if you don't want to.....the thing that is important, is that we need to make her learn how to control, otherwise it will create problems during missions."
"And how will we do that?" asked Asta.
"We will use that thick, long and black thing of yours to help her." said Asta as he looked at Asta.
Noelle blushed as she heard what Sekke said and was about to yell at him.
"Oh! Don't worry I will use that to help her! You can count on me." said Asta as he smacked his chest lightly.
Asta then patted Noelle's shoulder and said, "Let's do our best Noelle, me and my 'sword' will take care of you."
Noelle got red from head to toe as she heard what Asta said.
Sekke just looked away and covered his mouth to not laugh out loud.
"Y-YOU! BAKASTA!!!" yelled Noelle as she smacked Asta's head.
