"Something's wrong with Chess."

Hans, Freya and Angela stood side by side while observing the quietly eating Chess by the seaside. Yesterday was definitely a good day for them, but for some reason, ever since this morning, Chess had been completely out of it.

Hans was the first to notice.

Last night, Hans waited for Chess' return by the ongoing party on the seashore, but hours passed and not even the shadow of him came back. He only excused himself for the comfort room, so he should've been back my a minute or two. One would thought something bad happened, but Hans didn't panic since he knew what happened right away.

'He ditched me. Again.'

After realizing that, Hans marched back into their room and found him peacefully sleeping on his bed. Hans couldn't bring himself to wake him up just to reprimand him, so he just let it go for the night.
