"So you're stuck with me today."

"Why yes, I am," Lawrence said bitterly. He questioned, "Do we have to eat breakfast outside where they can see me? I'm handsome, they can't help but stare, I'd just distract them."

Rolling her eyes, Lexie muttered under her breath, knowing damn well Lawrence could hear her, "Narcissist."

Lawrence picked up her spoon.

"What in the world are you doing, Ronan?"

"Who gave you the permission to call me Ronan? Only a few people get to call me… that. And also, I'm trying something."

Attempting something he had seen Madeline and Xavier do, he held a spoonful of food in front of her.

"You didn't poison that, did you?"

"If I really hated you enough to want to poison you, you wouldn't know that I did until–"

"Alright, alright. I get it, I'll eat it," Lexie said. 

"See, it tastes better, right?"

Lexie lifted an eyebrow. 

"Because I fed it to you, ehe."
