Resumen
After his war with Voldemort, Harry Potter lived a very long life in which he became very successful in the field of alchemy. His name became renowned worldwide and his disciples were all incredible geniuses who gained tremendous influence all over the globe.
And yet, he died with the regrets of never finding the love of his life and not having a single child who could continue the Potter bloodline.
A perishing, he had a curious encounter with an entity claiming to be Death, who denied him pass into the afterlife and instead sent his soul somewhere else.
The next thing he knew was that he woke up in a hospital, back in 1974...in the body of James Potter, the one who had once been his father.
Now Harry had to find a new purpose in life, find out how he ended up in this situation, and perhaps...fall in love with a very unlikely girl.
Additional Info:
- This fic takes place in the Marauders Era.
- The main pairing will be James Potter and Bellatrix Black.
- It will be a slow-burn romance. Those characters will need a lot of development before they can be together.
- There will be action, but perhaps a bit less than in my other fics. The setting makes the story lean more toward the character's interactions and house politics.
- The upload rate will be as usual. 6 chapters a week.
- I'm not sure if there will be smut chapters yet...but you will get a warning if there are any.

I don't know what weird psycho fetishes u have on potions .. I don't think u remember that this is a magical world where wand needed to fight and mc after so much of age is announcing the spell..why!?? And u had made mockery of wizarding world by making it's a POTIONS EXPERIMENT WORLD ...I KNOW FIGHT WILL OCCUR ONLY BY USING POTIONS...
good writing but just not interesting. its one giant fluff piece about harry and bellatrix and a hard on for potions but thats all that happens. the mc also never engages anyone on his own he is always reacting. finally you start by saying he is the most powerful wizard ever but this is never shown, he even buys all his enchantments. ps: voldemort who? i have potions to brew for money
Although the writing is pretty good, everything else is absolute dogshit, MC is a pathetic dude who was apparently some old wise mage but now he's a useless retard playing with potions, chapters are so short and it feels as if nothing is happening and the author is just dragging it out, only reason to continue is cus his last fic was pretty good, so hopefully this gets better soon and more frequent updates
Take a well known character and put him in a less well known time. Shake in some ageism and preconceived ideas about people he doesn't really know. You get a really interesting story. I'm in hor the ride.
I am really enjoying this story but I do hope he starts to get more recognition for his skills he is already way ahead of his peers

Great job so far 👍 My only advice is maybe you should reveal more of his advanced spells as I'm sure he has mastered a lot during his old life , because so far in my opinion you have focused a bit too much on potions and that can get a bit boring for some readers .

Dont get all the hate about the harry x bellatrix . The story is really well writen and the slow buildup in their relationship makes a lot of sense to me and dosent feel forced at all.
I give it 5 stars, I enjoy the marauder era for sure… Hope you continue writing!
Won't lie, I'm enjoying reading this fanfic so far, my only problem is that aren't James and Bellatrix related to each other, I mean wasn't his mother also a Black before she married his father, but then again this is AU after all so anything can change.

it's my first time reading a fanfiction with james as the protagonist and it has been a surprisingly enjoyable read so far .
I'm not a professional or anything when it comes to reviewing stuff, so don't expect that. I'm just a dude who decided to give his two-cents on what he thought of this novel. This review is based on my progress up to chapter 148. Writing Quality: 5/5 - I honestly didn't come across any sort of errors that made me have to re-read anything. It was very clean, to me at least. Maybe I missed some errors, I'm not perfect, but the quality was very good for me. By the way, I typically read a lot of machine translations, so that should give you an idea of what I would normally see as 'bad writing quality'. This novel is better, cleaner than those. Stability of Updates: 4/5 - I started reading this when there was already a sizable backlog of chapters to go through, so it didn't seem fair to give a perfect rating just for that. Though I did check and it seems new chapters are released in batches of two about every two-three days. Story Development: 4/5 - I honestly want to rate this five out of five, but truthfully there are a few moments that make me go, "...but why?". Nothing really major mind you, just more like .... pet peeves? Still very great though, much better than many other novels I've read. Character Design: 5/5 - I. LOVE. THE. CHARACTERS!!! With the focus of the novel on characters that we normally wouldn't focus on, and the era in a time frame that we normally only hear about, this novel has been doing .... OUTSTANDING!!! World Background: 5/5 - Now, I'm not an expert on everything Harry Potter, but I'd like to think I know my way around some trivia, so take my rating here and what I say with a grain of salt if you want. With that said, based on what I DO know, very well in-line with what you would expect from the Harry Potter universe. Overall: A great novel, that I would highly recommend giving a chance if you happen to be a fan of Harry Potter.
