With three swords he may be the strongest now; the only concern would be the quality of the swords but even that shouldn't matter since a swordsman of Zoro's level would be able to use any sword. Only issue being he can bring the power out of the sword so a better sword will obviously make him stronger.

Bankai isn't actually the final stage but merging fully with the zanpakuto is; a feat only achieved (as far as we know) by Aizen and temporarily by Ichigo with the latter probably not being complete imo.
And Bankai, the final form of a Zanpakutō, in Ailin's view, was like the "second primordial spirit" growing up and maturing.

Feels more like one of those short story collections than a full narrative; spacing is important as is actually exploring important events. I believe you have added way too many characters way too quickly without expanding on them. Resulting in this kind of problem where chapters are constantly mentioning people that us readers have forgotten about due to them never really doing much. Like what has the maid really done other than sit in the background?
