The five Supreme Magus had gathered to eliminate the great Raze, on his last legs, the Dark Magus had one more trick up his sleeve. Activating a forbidden spell, he finds himself living in another world, a world full of martial artists. A world where one could destroy mountain tops with their fist, but Magic still exists in the new world, and he’s the only one that knows about it.

So sad about this story so far. Writing quality is 5 stars to be sure but the story and MC is just greatly disappointing. MC is edgy and ridiculously unreasonable due to "past trauma" but it's no excuse for being a dumpster fire. So many criminals base their garbage deeds and personality on "their past". MC is incredibly unlikable and the power system is boring af. So sick of Deus Ex Machina's making an MC's power seriously undesirable. The negative aspects of his power make it trashy and unfun to read. Two steps forward one step back. Author has the mechanical skills of writing but lacks the skill to pull the reader into something that's actually enjoyable to read. Recap: MC needs to die, his power system is trash, cliche overused siscon, and progression is waaaay too slow. Sorry author you clearly have skill but this plot is garbage imo.

The only thing really going for this novel is the writing quality which is honestly a breath of fresh air compared to what this app finds acceptable. But besides that there is a lot to be desired. The mc for someone living his second life does not seem very smart or logical at times and the power system is one of the worst I have seen in a long while.
I began reading this expecting a good book, since it was written by JKS, and my expectations were surpassed. I liked the main character from the first chapter alone, and the story has me glued. I binged all available chapters and need more! Highly recommended!
Writing Quality is pretty good and World building is very likeable but all characters have a IQ of 60 and the mc 70 and most have a young master complex. Was expecting a old wise ruthless lair mc like Fang Yuan out of R.I. not a 16 year old child with pride issues. why compete with everybody else when you already have the means to make it to the top in your other novels was the mc always on the younger side of things so most problems in character could eastly be talked away as he is still young but older mc are a completely different writing stile like making mistakes and growing becomes a good trait for young characters but awful for older ones like wear is your wisdom from all the mistakes of your past. young and fresh characters change overtime old and weathert ones have already finished their journey their trait to remain calm and navigate any situation is what truly show their age and wisdom why panic when you already know what to do. overall good story with bad characters

I would like to ask is the MC meant to be evil? I've only read up to 12 currently and the MC is already unlikeable (mainly because I don't like evil MC's). What's more is that the MC is supposed to be smart, but he refuses to at least to pretend he is the "same" person as his current body ( do people with amnesia usually reject interaction?)The Mc for someone to be pretending to have lost his memories doesn't seem to care about the relationship of the former owner of the body. Well my conclusion is that the MC so far is unlikeable (death doesn't seem to affect the MC which is weird) but I'll try to read till maybe 50 chapters until it annoys me I guess hahaha.
Can't believe I haven't done a review for this book yet. It's something jks haven't done before and so far it's going great and I'm loving it.I've always loved books involving magic and I plan to write one myself. Just happened to stumble upon a new work of jks and I read it in a day hahah...
the story starts with a character setup but doesn't carry the character onto the "next life" and also baits in with the title and no real magic at the start and works more on martial arts, my advice to author maybe throw more magic elements into the start and flesh it out along with keeping the character younger and not to drag on the bodies problems.
Loved him from MVS. I love it when there is a revenge element. It is good as expected of him. But sometimes the behavior of mc is totally out of his character. It gives some bad taste. Still so far it is good. Honestly, I’m loving it. Keep up the good work!!!
this novel I'm not even going to give it the word book this novel has you on the edge of your seat it keeps you engaged with cliffhangers, twisted plots, and more. I can't wait to see what's in store for the dark magus... keep it up!!!

This novel brings a combination of works that I love. Dark Magic/ Not your wimpy MC/ Cultivation and a great sense of mystery. The story follows our broken Raze as he gets chucked into a new world. For those thinking about where is the magic, as the story continues, there will be plenty as the story unfolds. No spoilers, so go ahead and read!
