Kabanata 6: Sometimes

It's a quarter past noon, a stylish guy was sitting on the bench. He slurped his noodles like Mifune and he spoke to me, "Hey man, give me a cigarette."

It was like a daydream; we were talking only about the roots, then that guy threw the cigarette away and he said to me, "We've already met before."

It's a strange afternoon, the south wind was blowing through and I got a brand new point of view. "I hope our paths cross again", he smiled and walked away and a long shadow fell on the white lane.

Sitting on the same bench, I saw the light white moon in the sky, and I found a boy walking with a dog so I spoke to him, "Hey man, give me a cigarette."

Sometimes my mind connects me and the universe, then blows away the knowledge stored up for a thousand years...
