"*Cough* *Cough* Akeno, the cup is empty." Rias finally lost her cool and signaled Akeno to refill her teacup.
"*Giggle* Yes, right away, Buchou," Akeno replied with a smirk on her face.

Rias tried to calm herself while waiting for Akeno to refill her teacup, so she chose to bring up the topic of Issei's plan for today.
"Ne, Issei, what are you going to do today?" -Rias
"Oh, that's right! I almost forgot about it! Can you get everyone who will participate in the Rating Game to gather at my house, Buchou?" -Issei
"Yes, why?" Rias already put the Devil's job on hold until everything was settled.
"Well, the 3rd basement floor in my house can turn a day into a month," Issei mentioned the entire floor because he was bored with the 2 training rooms in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber theme, so he decided to turn the entire 3rd basement floor into another scenery that was covered with Time Compression.
"Eh?" -Rias
"The 3rd basement floor in my hou-" -Issei
"Ah, you don't have to repeat it. Your words just remind me of someone." -Rias
"The lady from the Agares Clan?" Issei said it as soon as he heard Rias' words.
"Hmmm..." Rias looked at him with a deadpan face.
"Uh." -Issei
["Your memory seems to work perfectly fine when it comes to girls huh?"] -Ddraig
Issei wanted to defend himself, but he couldn't come up with a good excuse.
"Well, whatever... Akeno, tell Yuuto and Koneko to go to Issei's house after they finished what they're doing. We will have a meeting there today." Rias didn't care too much about it since she was already aware of Issei's goal.
"Yes, Buchou." Akeno then used her smartphone to send a message to Kiba and Koneko.
At the same time, Rias also used her smartphone to ask Sona to handle tomorrow's attendance score for her club since the school is being in charge by the student council during the day.

After that, the 3 of them went to Issei's house with teleportation magic.

Author's note:
After re-reading this novel, I decided to delete the Author's note in chapters 19 and 20 (Scale-up DxD's power with Power level from DB verse) and make some changes to this novel's world background.
[DxD]
- Change Ophis', Great Red's, and Trihexa's full power to be planet buster around Jupiter's size.
- No more change in Devil's, Angel's, and Fallen Angel's powers. (Fuck DB Power Level! Imma reset them back to their original power 🤣)
[All - Ki]
- Training Ki outside DB verse will increase only a little amount of Ki. (including chat group members)
- Using Ki outside DB verse will greatly reduce its power. (hope this can also make Issei's defeat in chapter 46 more reasonable 🤔🤔)
P.S. 1 - I decided to nerf Ki because it will outshine many things in this novel, and to prevent Issei from only relying on his Ki to one-shot his enemies 🤣🤣🤣
P.S. 2 - Even if there's a nerf, the Banning-Ki-usage rule still exists in some worlds.
