How are you going to put a novel into trial reads without any chapters? 5 chapters only already sucks, but pushing a waiting list into trial reads with literally (at the time of this review) 0 words to read outside of the synopsis isn’t a trail read, it’s a glorified placeholder at best, and a way to inflate trial reads numbers at worst. Cut this out or I’m going back to Royalroad and Scribblehub.

Really hope this novel gets picked for trial read. I was able to find raw and read machine translate through google translate. and it is a really good novel in my opinion. sadly the only way to read more than 50 chapters of this novel to to get it picked for translation because the raw website charges after 50 chaps and since it is based in china there is no way for me to pay and get access to the rest of the chapters. So please help get this Great novel picked.

Very nice novel, especially at that chapter, i was moved by that scene, i also like the fighting on it, very vivid, and the training and cultivation, i can feel the essence of it. Even the first chapter is so good, i can feel the emptiness of it, the emotions potrayed by the mc, like how he destroyed the world because of the emptiness he felt when his love ones was killed, very nice first chapter.

Actually after reading few chapters in raw. I stopped. Not because it's bad or something. I wanted to experience this novel with real translation. You know... Many novels can be actually read in MTL as you can skip 30% of the words anyway. I feel like this novel has some potential so it's better to give it a chance. TQ/SOU - 1 star? Nothing to rate actually. Story, world, characters - 5 stars? I feel curiosity and giving this story 2 stars in comparison to some trash on this site... I feel like this story might be good or my opinion might be made too early and story will be complete bullcrap.( Unfortunately happened couple times...)

the only reason I cant rate it a 5 star is because of the update frequency and I hope taht changes . it's a great novel and the story so far is great.
It's just one big plot armor he is picked by strongest god before he even get to the city. Reading this book is pointless unless you just won't to kill time with basing and MC who is OP thx to author creating one big story plot armor.
Great start to a new must read book hopefully. The mc has started to be fleshed out well and developed nicely. Curious to see the route the world building goes. Hopefully this book continues and doesn't get dropped like most start ups.

It's possible that this is my second review on this book but I'm not sure... Mc had a promising future as an overpowered all-element mage but throws it all away for the singular darkness element. I can handle stupidity but that just takes the cake, I'll be dropping this novel on chapter 19.
This story feels like it had some potential but it probably wasn't meant to be. The MC's personality and behavior is really childish and immature, the author already forgot to give him rewards for completing a mission, the translation quality and editing is pretty bad and it eventually get's tiring to read. Also the way that stats, leveling and skills are made really in depth will in most stories become too much and overly complicated where it gets hard to keep up with, both for the readers and the author. If you can do it well enough then it's good, but otherwise not so much.
So... I think this is my second review, but the story seems to be going great and even if it just another typical Urban Cultivator style novel (even though he is using magic) it is doing the trope justice.
