She was awakened by a gentle kiss on her forehead and a soft touch on her cheek. She slowly opened her eyes and saw the handsome man gazing and smiling at her.

She smiled back at him. "I love seeing your face in the morning. I hope this will last forever."

"You know that my life will someday come to an end. But I would love to spend the rest of it with you, my wife." He answered.

Elisia knew that werewolves were not immortal. They would stop aging for a period of time and could live more than a hundred years.

"But did you know there is a way to become immortal?" Thane said which surprised her.

"Really? How?" She asked with excitement.

Thane chuckled. "If we keep on phasing or turning into our wolf form, we won't age."

Elisia frowned. "It seems easy."

"True. But most werewolves would want to keep their mortal life. Like what you read, we are Terrans before Selene decided to turn us into her children."
