Chapitre 17: HE'S YOUR PUPPET?

" Darling, why are you on your knees? " She asked quietly and worriedly, checking to make sure no one was in the hallway so they wouldn't see Ambrose, the CEO of Grey's Enterprise, on his knees, which might cause a tremendous scandal if it reached the news. But what she couldn't understand was why her husband was on his knees and before this woman who she didn't trust. What could possibly have happened between them in the elevator? She scoffed, knowing that Ambrose wouldn't stoop so low to have an affair with a woman below their status even if she was a shareholder in their company. 

Although it had been a while since they had been intimate, she had always kept an eye on her husband to see if he was having a secret affair. However, in the last few years, all reports regarding her husband's movement have revealed that he was not. This has given her peace of mind knowing that she is the only person who can satisfy her husband. What could possibly have gone wrong between them?
