Chapitre 13: Mondstadt Pt. 1

While walking back to Mondstadt, Aether was thinking about how to strengthen his defenses. His skin is shit. Except for his clothes, which apparently has auto cleaning.

That was a fun experience in itself. Amber didn't see it happening but Paimon freaked out when bubbles suddenly appeared and disappeared around me.
"Let's go with that flame armor thing. Harden my skin with fire. Now that's cool." Aether thought. "But how's it going to work? Do I put pyro magic in my bones or just my skin. We'll try the skin." Aether put magic in his skin and it had steam coming out of it.
"Holy Archon I feel like I can block everything with this. The flames will burn projectiles or blades coming at me." Aether decided to summon an arrow and put it on his skin. The arrow was set on fire immediately and Aether through it away quickly.
Meanwhile with Amber, she was on her own world as she was staring at Aether from time to time.
"Amber why are you staring at me?" Aether asked her with his face suddenly near her.
"Wha—what! I was not staring at you! You're just seeing things!" Amber jumped away and pointed at Aether denying his accusation.
"I won't bite you or anything. But if you want me to I'll gladly accept. I won't refuse biting a beautiful girl. " Aether smirked while looking at her with those red eyes.
Amber blushed like a tomato.
"Did–did he just say that?" Amber thought blushing even harder.
" Per—PERVERT!" Amber shouted and slapped Aether in the face.
*Pak!*
"This girl knows her slaps. " Aether thought holding his hand on the slap mark.
"Ouchie. That hurt like a mother trucker. What're you gonna do now Aether? Paimon's not gonna forgive you if you chicken out. " Paimon said within Aether's mind. Aether smirked without Amber noticing as she was walking away.
"Heh! That should teach you a lesson to be respectful to women." Amber said smugly holding her hands to her hands while walking away. Suddenly she stopped.
" Wh–why does it feel so hot behind me. " Amber looked back. She saw Aether glaring at her with red eyes that had fire in them. Aether had infused magic within his eyes. He accidentally unlocked elemental vision and he is thankful for the luck he has.
"So this is how you treat a guy who says your beautiful and gives you head pats huh..." Aether glared even harder. The scene behind him got darker. Amber was staring in his eyes fearing him and marvelling at the eyes.
"Those eyes look so.... beautiful...." Amber thought awing at the pattern.
There was orange and red everywhere. There was a very black iris at the middle of the fire and it made it even more beautiful.

Aether raised his hand.
"Eeek!" Amber ran and hid behind a rock. Aether lowered his hand which had nothing on it.
"Shit. Didn't mean to scare her that much. Magic and words do too much sometimes. " Aether sighed and went to the rock Amber was hiding in.
" You know I can see you right. Your bandana is a dead giveaway." Aether smiled crouching in front of her. Amber was hugging her legs and looked up.
" You're not going to eat me?" Amber asked hopefully.
Aether's heart shattered into pieces.
" Fuck. Must not fall for it. Ahh whatever. That Chad shit doesn't work for me. The perverted shit does." Aether fought a one second battle inside him.
" I won't. And I would never. Unless you want me to. I wouldn't mind eating you up." Aether raised his eyebrows and got closer.
(Bro broke the halal gap two times in this chapter)
Amber looked away blushing. "Stop it Aether before things get even more hot and you can't control yourself. We've wasted enough time with you flirting with Amber already. " Paimon reminded him annoyed.
" Ah shit you're right. " Aether picked Amber up bridal style.
" N-no let me down! This is embarrassing! "Amber tried to escape but Aether's muscles weren't there for nothing. It didn't work for her. So Amber had to reluctantly accept Aether carrying her all the way to Mondstadt.
(The author's brain and his heart is a pervert. Must be the fanfictions.)
After some time, they saw the Mondstadt gates in their sights. Aether let Amber down as it would cause misunderstandings.
"What should I do now? " Aether asked and Paimon appeared beside me.
"Just go in with me. If the guards stop you I'll tell them you're with me. " Amber said and walked to the gates. Aether followed her.
"Welcome back Amber! I trust that the mission went well?" Swan asked Amber.
" Yup! And I bought some travelers as well. " Amber pointed to us.
" Hi My name is Aether and this is Paimon. My best friend. " Aether introduced himself and Paimon who waved and smiled.
"Well... Since they're with you. I trust that they are in good hands?" Swan asked Amber who nodded confidently.
"Yes! As an Outrider my duty is to protect people after all." Amber said smugly.
"More like the opposite. You did nothing when I fought the camp." Aether muttered to himself and Paimon who nodded.
"What was that?" Swan asked.
"Nothing, I thought I forgot something when I was coming here. " Aether lied easily. The normal Knights of Favonius are very very weak. A child could defeat one of them. So they didn't catch the lie.
(Sorry if you like the Knights. But it's the truth.Jean could've imposed harder training on them. Or are they so out of manpower that they couldn't even train at all.)
"Hmmm. Alright then, you can go in. Welcome to Mondstadt." Swan said and moving out of the way.
"You too." Aether and Paimon said confusing the knight a lot.
They then walked in with Amber.Who then turned to Aether.
"Why did you say that? You almost embarrassed me in front of them." Amber whispered angrily.
"Almost Amber. Almost. Plus I'm not going to say it out loud anyways. It's just to mess with you." Aether said smirking.
"You could've ruined me if you say that out loud. Gossip runs fast like the Wind." Amber said sighing.
"I can imagine. Sorry for almost ruining your reputation." Aether apologized.
"It's fine. I'm just glad that you didn't shout it out loud." Amber forgived him while smiling.
"Fuck your so beautiful." Aether muttered but Amber heard it and blushed. She looked down and muttered.
"Really?"

"Of course you are. You are the most beautiful girl I've met in Mondstadt." Aether said smiling brightly. Paimon just shook her head and disappeared.
"So far." Aether thought.
"W-well thank you Aether." Amber looked down not wanting the people to see her blush.
"Why do the people look so gloomy. Is it because of the Stormterror incident?" Aether asked Amber who looked up at him.
"Haaaaahh. Yes it's because of that. The people are scared of what the dragon will do. But do not worry,we have Master Jean!" Amber said confidently.
"Master Jean? Is she the Grand Master of The Knights of Favonius?" Aether asked feigning confusion.
"Yes and no. She is the Acting Grand Master of the Knights Of Favonius. The actual Grand Master is on an expedition." Amber explained.
"Sounds like a strong woman. " Aether said smiling.
"Off course she is. She is the Acting Grand Master after all. With her even the vicious Stormterror will be handled easily by her." Amber said puffing her chest out. Aether couldn't help but sneak a glance at them boobas.
"Before you go to the Knights Of Favonius Headquarters. I have something to give you." Amber took out a gadget.
"Is that a glider?" Aether asked.
"Yes it is. How did you know? " Amber asked surprised.
"Well, Paimon here filled me in on everything about Mondstadt and their specialities when we were traveling here." Aether said. pointing to Paimon.
"Hehe. You should thank Paimon because without her, you would've run around the world like an idiot." Paimon said puffing her chest and smiling smugly.
"Hehe. Yeah thanks very much Paimon. " Aether ruffled her hair and she smiled.
"So why are you giving me this?" Aether asked.
"I want you to have your own glider. This is a spare one so don't worry about me not having one." Amber said reassuring Aether.
"Okay. Where should we glide? I imagine we need a high place to fly high." Aether said.
"Follow me!" Amber smiled and grabbed Aether's hand and ran.
"Heh. Cute girl. Can't get enough of her smile" Aether thought smiling while letting her drag him.
"Hey wait up you two!" Paimon shouted running.
