Chapitre 19: His Secret

She couldn't concentrate on the teacher's lecture. She was thinking of what Vira said earlier about Caden. She also thinks that it was weird for him to wear a shirt covering his entire body.

She thought he had not received his uniform yet or maybe the school made an exception for him. But Elisa and the others who transferred later than Caden already got their uniforms.

She wanted to ask him, but she felt like he wasn't ready to tell her. She remembered Aunt Peggy told her that Caden was kidnapped by the Trekker Clan three years ago. And that he was tortured.

Were there scars left on his body that he didn't want her to see? Or there was something more?

She sighed when she felt a throbbing pain in her head. Maybe she was overthinking it and that Caden only like to wear that kind of shirt.

She was startled when someone tapped her shoulder. It was Caden, handing her a small piece of paper.

'Want to cut class? I'm bored. I want to be alone with you.'

She blushed and her heart started pounding. When he said he wanted to be alone, was he thinking about doing something more than kissing? She thought.

Then she shook her head to stop herself from overthinking again. She felt another tap on the shoulder and another piece of paper was handed to her.

'What's on your mind? You look stupid. If you want to know what I was thinking then follow me to your residence.'

Before she could react, Caden stood up and went out of the classroom. No one noticed that he was gone because everyone was focused on the teacher's lecture.

She told her teacher that she would take a rest at her residence because she was having a headache. Part of it was the truth, but her headache wasn't so serious that she needed some rest.

As she walked toward her residence, she was constantly taking deep breaths to calm herself. She stood in front of the door for a few minutes before she finally decided to slowly open it.

She looked around to find Caden, but he wasn't in the living room. She went to the bedroom and he wasn't there either.

Then she heard the rustling sound of the shower in the bathroom. Her heart continued to pound as she walked toward the slightly opened door.

Is he taking a shower? Is he naked? If she takes a peek, will she see something she shouldn't? She thought inwardly.

She took a deep breath again and decided to look. He was her fiance and sooner or later, she would see his naked body so she convinced herself that it was okay to peek.

"Caden?" She called but he didn't answer.

Then she slightly pushed the door to open it wider. She gulped when she saw Caden in the shower.

His hands were on the wall while his head was tilted down. Her heart beat raced as if her chest would explode.

Her eyes widened while looking at Caden's naked body. But what made her heart beat faster was when he turned to look at her.

His eyes seemed so cold and distant. As if he wasn't the Caden she knew. He stared at her like she was someone he didn't know.

"C-Caden, I-I'm sorry. I called your name b-but you didn't answer." She stuttered.

She was supposed to run away when Caden walked toward him. She froze and couldn't take a single step.

His upper body wasn't full of scars, but it was full of tattoos. He had a rose tattoo on his neck, a skull pierced with a sword, and wings on his chest. He couldn't figure out the others because she was just staring at his face.

Caden didn't say a word, but he grabbed her by the waist and kissed her on the lips. The kiss was a bit rush and forceful.

She could feel the heat coming out from his body. She was shocked so she couldn't move. Then she felt his hands rip her blouse, making her scared of him.

She gently pushed him away, but he was too strong. She then tried to struggle but Caden wouldn't let go of her. His tongue invaded her mouth and reached her tongue to taste it.

Her feelings couldn't reach Caden. She was unsure if he was mad at her because his kisses were a lot different from the other times they shared a kiss.

She was alarmed when he fondled one of her breasts and felt his dick poking between her thighs.

Is this it? Are they going to make love? But this isn't making love? She couldn't feel Caden's affection with the way he kiss her. If they do it, this is just plain sex. She thought.

She didn't realize that tears fall from her eyes. Caden felt like cold water was poured on him. He stopped and saw Alira's face. She was terrified.

He let her go and then turned around. He walked away and to Alira's surprise, he punched the wall making his fist bleed.

"Caden!" She called and then ran toward him.

She took his hand and was worried when she saw the blood dripping from the cut. He turned to her and gently touched her face to wipe the tears from her eyes.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." He whispered.

She nodded and then took the first aid kit to treat his wound.

"Why can't you tell me about you? I deserve to know and I have the right to know." She said.

Caden nodded. "I know. But I'm afraid that you won't like it."

"Won't like what? Caden, please don't decide of what I would feel without even telling me. For twelve years, I felt like you abandoned me. Now that you're in front of me, I still feel the same because you don't trust me."

"It's not like that. I was afraid that you would see me differently. These tattoos? I was hiding it from everyone in the family, not just you."

"Then why do you have them if you will hide them?" She asked.

Caden sighed. "My grandfather, Matthew Forelli, retired from being the boss of the Forelli Clan. I became his successor after being held captive by the Trekker Clan. Alira, I am now the boss of the most notorious Mafia Clan in Flousia."
