Nope, og eminence in shadow is not common low tier op mc harem isekai, the mc is goofy and likeable, the plot make me want to facepalm a lot, and its fun. Then this… the mc alone drag the whole situation into low tier op mc novel, i’d rather rewatch the anime and re-read the novel 10x rather than continuing this fanfic. Unlike many others which i find i’d rather read the fanfics rather than the og… We already have too many op and perfect mc fanfic even original novels, its boring.

The protag is already a god in the eminence of shadow world😂 I in general like ff written like this, also the writing quality is quite good, But you should stop your protag's teachings to his sister, because you would then later get the question"why do the shadows and claire use the same techiques?"

He acts like a person who is good to people, but he's just a two-faced person who would kill innocent people for no reason. Here's an example: an innocent maid accidentally witnessed something she shouldn't have. She was not evil or bad in any way. He could have used his powers to wipe her mind of what she saw, but he outright killed her for no reason. I understand he used to be an assassin, but this is just cruel, burning her alive. And there's the part where he does it in the morning, and you're telling me no one can hear her scream? I don't like this novel anymore.

Good idea, good storyline, but your writing is terrible. Too much unnecessary words, adding in too much, and exaggerating way too many things. Also, unnecessary background since it was literally pointless. It does not even connect to Cids storyline since you have powers that can show that affect.
The story is very disappointing. Or maybe, I just expected too much. You constantly try to make your mc appear better than the original Cid, but your mc is just boring. While original Cid is the best part of Eminence in Shadow. And you either don't know much about solo leveling power systems. Or you can't use them in this story. It's all over the place. And the story is just plain Bad.
I started to dislike this novel after the protagonist killed an innocent maid who accidentally witnessed something she shouldn't have, particularly since he had the power to simply wipe her memory instead.
The problem with this fanfic is that you took a different power leveling system and stacked it on top of a perfect power scaling system

this fanfic has been re:written and edited again, but the outcome has been wonderful for the change, the beginning of the story has been more clear and made it easy to understand what he would be able to do, the writing quality has also been improved quite well with it being much more easy to understand.
of all the anime characters, Minoru/Cid is probably the character I hate the most in my life, after Issei and MC from guilty crown (forgot his name). How come? Minoru/Cid is a true depiction of chuunibyou, and for me it's a seriously cringe.
Watered version of the Anime, there is nothing special here except him not hiding his strength that's all, It's also very wacky that i can't keep reading it

If you are looking for an emphatic mc, you have found the right fic. The Chad energy of the mc diminishes to the point that he will start to care about other opinions and stop making decisions in line with his previous ideology just to please the masses. Read until the academy arc because after that, it is all downhill.
This is a very great fanfiction and had a very fun time reading it and its wayyyyyy better than your jujutsu kaisen fanfiction so please dont drop this.
Reviews are bs-ing. This is a good one. But I can understand where they are coming from, unlike original Cid, this Cid is different, but that is the wrong thinking, Author said from the start that Cid is not Cid and just some guy who wanna to be reincarnat as Cid. So just think of Mc in this FF as a different person with the same name, and it will all be a fun read. Oh yea, he got a massive harem with all 7 shades + more girls. And Author, I just remembered that Sheeri haven't been eaten PLZ FIX THAT AUTHOR!!!!!! Anyway, it's pretty good (for me), and if u are unsatisfied with how this Cid act, why not just read the original????
Literally a recap of the LN, but with Shadow Monarch powers and the mana core from TBATE. Don't waste your time with this. Might as well just read the original.
It's enjoyable to read but it isn't that good. It is a fast-paced wish fulfillment isekai story so if that is something you are looking for you are in luck. The main character is essentially a Gary Stu and unfortunately, I do not have the patience for such characters anymore. 6/10 overall
