Chapitre 31: Chapter 30: Unexpected Reunion

Right after we entered a restaurant, we had an unexpected meeting.
"..."
Aiko, the first thing she noticed after stopping these people was the kid with white hair and an eyepatch. When she looked at this person, she instinctively blurted out "Nagumo."
To Aiko's luck the supposed Nagumo also blurted out "Sensei". A term only her students knew. Aiko who was previously uncertain, hearing that idiom was certain now.
"You are Nagumo Hajime right?! You are alive" Aiko was happy to see her student alive.
Hajime seeing this unexpected meeting with Aiko was surprised and mistakenly blurted out "Sensei" which solidified Aiko's conjecture. Hajime in a slight panic was about to deny it, but before he could speak Aiko spoke first.
Aiko remembering her other missing student who had also disappeared in the same situation asked "Nagumo do you know anywhere about Sakai."
"..."
Rihito seeing this situation reminded him of one of those drama shows 'The Reunion of a Missing Student and his teacher.' [Yeah, it's drama alright]. But then she started to ask about himself. So, he stopped using <Presence Assimilation> and showed himself "Hey there Aiko Sensei it has been a while." giving her my good old smile.
Aiko sensei seeing both Hajime and Rihito all right slowly stepped towards us with teary eyes. After she came closer, she hugged both of us "Thank god you guys are alive" she said with tears in her eyes.
"waaa aw waaa"
Seeing her crying like this, both Hajime and I were not heartless enough to push her away. So, we were stuck there until she calmed down.

On the side, there was a room which was completely covered by curtains. After Aiko calmed down, she then dragged us there to talk. Inside this room, there was a large circular table, where other than Aiko 5 of the other students were seated beside Aiko and a Knight from the church. We sat on opposite sides of her, on my left was Shea, on the right was Hajime, and Yue sat beside Hajime.
"Sakai, Nagumo if you guys were alright why didn't you guys come back to us" Aiko asked.
While Aiko was asking questions the dishes we ordered were served before us.
Seeing the splendidly made dishes. Shea and Yue's eyes sparkled and they started to eat.
Shea whenever she is happy her ears twitch in happiness, seeing her happy like this makes me smile unconsciously. I then also started to eat as well.
Suddenly, Aiko asked, "Who are these girls with you." to which Shea and Yue answered themselves.
"I am Shea" answered the blue-haired rabbit girl.
"I am Yue" answered the blond Vampire.
Then they said at the same time
"I am Rihito's woman."
"I am Hajime's woman."
"..."
"..."
"..."
Aiko stammered in her speech, "Eh? Eh?", as she alternately looked between Hajime, Yue and Rihito and Shea. It seemed Aiko couldn't process the information. The students beside her were also perplexed. Well, the male students' expressions said, "That can't be!", as they restlessly looked between Yue and Shia. Gradually, their face reddened as they were charmed by their beauty.
Hajime who didn't care whether they knew about his relationship or not Silently kept eating. As for me, I looked at Shea with serious eyes and said "I still haven't accepted your confession."
Shea then wined "Eh!!... even though you stole my first kiss. You still say that."
"Oi… I told you earlier it was not a kiss I was helping you or yo…"
"Sakai…"
Hearing Aiko Sensei's voice I looked at her "Yes".
Aiko then started to scold me saying "How could you do that to a girl, It's immoral" and all the jas. And not just me, Hajime also got dragged in by Aiko.
"You need a lecture!" Aiko's thundering voice reverberated through the in for a few minutes. Hearing her shout like that even other guests were curious as to what made the fertility goddess so mad.

After we explained the incident with Shea's situation, Aiko sensei calmed down and apologised, "Pardon me. I lost control there for a second."
"I get your story, more or less. And I am glad seeing you two are alive."
"So, what are you doing here Aiko sensei?" Hajime asked.
"Well, it's a long story… wait! Why am I answering you? you should answer me first. Tell me."
Then Aiko started to ask questions both of us one by one, While we were eating.
Hajime Q: You fell from that bridge, what happened afterwards?
A: I did my best.
Rihito Q: How did you disappear?
A: Magic.
Hajime Q: Why did your hair turn white?
A: The result of me doing my best.
Rihito Q: Where were you after your disappearance?
A: Dungeon.
Hajime Q: What happened to your eye?
A: The result of me doing my ultra best.
Rihito Q: Where did you meet Hajime?
A: Dungeon, Final floor.
Hajime Q: Why didn't you immediately return?
A: No reason to do so.
Rihito Q: Will you return?
A: Maybe.
Hajime and I both answered Aiko sensei's questions, but the answers were no more than a few words.
Aiko hearing our perfunctory answers angrily puffed her cheeks "Please answer me seriously!" to which Hajime and I didn't say anything, focusing on our dinner. Waiting for dessert.
"Oye, stop disrespecting Miss Aiko." the church knight angrily yelled.
Hearing his condescending tone I asked Aiko "Sensei who is he."
"Ah let me introduce you. He is David the leader of the squad escorting me" Aiko introduced him.
All the while we were here, I was noting everyone's reaction silently. and this whole time I noticed him glaring at Shea with disgust a few times. The way he showing it, I am sure even Shea herself has noticed it.
"So, what's your deal, don't you see I am talking to Sensei."
Hajime looked at Rihito with a side eye and thought to himself [He is annoyed.] Seeing this Hajime looked back at David with slight pity. Hajime has noticed David had been showing hostility and disgust towards Shea and the thing is if he himself has noticed it, then their no way Rihito hasn't noticed it.
Normally Rihito ignores anyone hostile to him, no it is proper to say he outright forgets about them unless you have pissed him off, which is really hard unless you target people close to him like his friends and family, and right now this David guy is about to step on the line.
Aiko feeling the tension used her question to divert the mood "Hey Hajime, Rihito do you remember your classmate Shimate Shimizu?"
Hearing that name, I had a question mark on my head, I confusingly said "Who?"
Seeing this Aiko looked at me disbelievingly. But before Aiko could comment on it Hajime spoke "Yeah, the alone gloomy guy, what about him?"
Aiko again looked at me for a second and continued the story "As you already know, my class is called Farmer. So, I came to this city to refine and help grow the agriculture of lands here."
"Before coming here Shimizu was one of those who had volunteered themselves to be a part of my escort. But one day, he disappeared, and that was 2 weeks ago."
"At first, I thought he was involved in an incident. But there was no trace of anything in his room, and he was not someone weak enough to get kidnapped…"
"Hmm!!"
"Hajime the food in this place is good. Hajime seeing Yue happily smiled" Yue then scooped some cake with her spoon and said "Aaaa" to Hajime. Which Hajime happily ate.
Shea seeing Yue and Hajime's lovey-dovey act, also scooped some of her cake and pointed it towards Rihito's mouth.
"Say aaaaa~" Seeing her infectious smile I took the bite, which made Shea extremely happy.
The boys who were with Aiko seeing them like this understood that they had no chance with those girls.
"Damn it"
"I also want a girlfriend"
On the side, some of the guys were groaning. On the flip side, all the girls had shining eyes and blushing cheeks, watching Rihito and Hajime interacting with those 2 pretty girls.
Aiko seeing all this has a wry smile not knowing whether to continue his story or not. On her side, David looked furious.
"Idiots! Are you not paying attention to Aiko's story" David growled.
Hajime seeing him sighed "I am listening and right now we are eating. So, mind your manners."
His protest was completely ignored. However, David felt great pride because, as a Church's Temple Knight, he had been entrusted as the commander of an important person's bodyguard. He couldn't endure it, and his face turned red. Following that, because Hajime and Rihito wouldn't give him a clear answer, he changed his target and turned to look at Shea.
"Hmm, did you say manners? That word I return it back at you. To have a dirty animal share the same table as a human, you are the one with no manners." saying that he showed his malicious intent in the open and said, "I know, how about I cut those ears, then that animal might look almost like a human."
Shea, seeing such malicious intent aimed at herself trembled. It reminded her of those imperial soldiers who wanted to harm them. On her travel with Rihito, Hajime, and Yue everyone knew she was a slave. But no one had ever shown this much disgust on her face like this.
Shea sensing such callousness looked down, her ears which worked like an emotional sensing device drooped down announcing to all that She was sad.
"..."
Aiko seeing David behaving like this Panickingly said "What are you saying, David?!"
Ignoring Aiko's protest David spoke "Aiko remember, what you learned at the church. Magic is granted by God, and he didn't see fit to grant any to those filthy, inferior demihumans."
Aiko still tries to talk some sense into David "But they are so similar to us! So why do you still insist on discriminating."
David with a twisted smile said, "I do suppose they look kinda similar, but still looking at those disgusting ears makes my stomach churn."
"..."
Suddenly the temperature of the room started to plummet.
Then a freezing cold voice was heard, "Hajime I will have a little chat with him alone do you mind", I said with such a chilling and emotionless tone I myself was surprised.
Hajime looked at my emotionless eyes and said, "Don't kill him and keep him in one peace. We don't want to face the church just yet".
Nodding to him I and David both vanished from the restaurant.

Hey guys, I have decided that in the home world, I will add magic. But it will be very low like it was in DragonMaid. So, only very few people can use it, like families with some magical heritage. And I was thinking how about I add Tu Love Ru as well a little sci-fi shit won't be bad as well.
