My Doting Husband [BL]

The story concept is good and I like the idea. However, I have two complaints. The first one (and this is me being a tad bit picky) is that during one of the chapters (I believe before chapter 7) the CEO's name got spelled backwards. What I mean by this is that it was written as [Last name] [First name], instead of [First name] [Last name], which it had been every time before that. (Again, this is a bit nit-picky, however it was very jarring to read and I felt I should mention it.) The second complaint I have, and the one that really bothers me, is that I don't feel that the story does a good job of portraying trauma and a bad mental mindset. I feel that the story instead ignores the issue in favor of angst or cuteness, and only bring it up when when it is convenient to moving the plot along. Now, this being said, I that there have been time skips and can see how one can argue that there is no need to go into all that trauma because time is healing the wounds. And I would be inclined to agree with then, except for the fact that there has been no mentions of a therapist or a psychologist or anything to help get over the trauma/mental issues (that is, besides cuddles for nightmares). The mental thoughts and thought process of "I'm not good enough" is not something one just gets over like that, and I feel like it would have a profound effect on the MC'S and ML'S relationship, but I'm not seeing that. All in all, this is a good story to read, especially if you are looking for fluff, a little bit of sm*t, and a lot of drama. Author, please don't think I am saying that I hate you work with this rating. Indeed, I am not. Please know that it is a good story and a good idea, just with a few problems here and there. just finished, can not wait for part II. the story is interesting I hope all will proceed well with all the characters in the second volume 😏 I felt a bit of satisfaction as the evil uncle got his well deserved punishment 😋 I waited for Apryls punishment too, but she got away 😒 pfff. Anyway, dear author, thank you for your hard work, I am waiting for seconds ☺️
