Synopsis
Avery Asteria was far from having anyone's dream job. Family circumstances had him drop out of school and flying around the expanse of space looking for treasure among the discarded trash in an old ship his father had been restoring. It was far from glamorous work, but it was all he could do to earn the money he needed.
He was not the only one looking for fortune among the stars, though. One day a score that looked too good to be true led to a run in with a band of pirates. With some quick wits and a bit of luck, Avery managed to escape the worst, but he ended up missing out on collecting the valuable salvage he had his sights on.
Having lost a large chunk of his gear in his flight from the pirates, Avery seemed to be truly at the end of his rope. However, a twist of fate led him to discovering an experimental vessel that had been lost to the far reaches of space.
With this new ship in his possession, his prospects were looking up. It had everything and more than what any spacefarer could want. And Avery was going to use it to become the leader of the greatest band of mercenaries in the galaxy.

Probably one of my new favorite stories on this site. The novel is just so fun to read with so much potential. Hopefully the author cotinues to post more chapters
i have been waiting for more of these space mercenary novels, and this definitely is a good read as of now, at least for me it has everything I hoped for. thx author I hope it gets more updates 👍💙

This is a great story. The author's writing style has greatly entertained me with it's great stories and well crafted characters. This is one of the best stories I have had the pleasure of reading.
it is very good need some more editing but overall it is very good so far. one of the best sci-fi books I've read on here.

So far at about chapter 160 I have really enjoyed the story so far and it is a merc with no cheats beyond good luck and shown effort. Nonetheless I can't enjoy how so grammatical errors here and there but otherwise very enjoyable space merc with no nonsense.
Really enjoyable story, good characters, but the author doesnt double check the chapters so some mistake in the novel, not really big but regular
An exceptional story. I started without any expectations and it gripped hard. This is a hidden gem. Very good work mister author. I would love to read more.

It’s better way off to see what has been hidden from someone in a relationship, no one would want if he or she is been cheated on, for this reason taking a few extra steps in getting what would serve as a proof for leaving a toxic relationship isn’t a bad idea, yes that’s me justifying myself. This is because some time ago I was searching for an app that would serve me the purpose of monitoring and spying on my spouse’s phone, unfortunately the apps I laid my hands on wasn’t giving me much of what I needed, but a review about a person who could help me out changed the scenario. After I read that I could send a mail to ( kelvinethicalhacker @gmail com,) or call +1(341)465-4599. where I could use the help of an expert who will help in getting me information and track my spouse’s real-time location, I did in a good faith and fortunately it was what I wanted, I had to explain how I want to see all information that has been deleted, access to the real time location and calls from my spouse’s phone, it was within hours when I got a mail back from the expert, giving me access links and how to make use of them in getting all I requested. I decided to share this because information is power, if I had not read someone’s review about the way out, I could have been in the dark, but I’m glad that’s not the case. hgjhkj
the story was going good for me until the 70s. had a great pace for me maybe even a little to fast, then we get stuck in a 10+ chapter long "spar". it killed to mood of the story for me. the author definitely slammed on the brakes a little to hard here.
You have such a talent for painting scenes with words. The way you write dialogue, settings, and character emotions creates a really strong visual flow, it honestly feels like a storyboard in text form. This story really has the kind of depth and energy that could shine visually too. The story’s pacing and tone would translate beautifully into panels and color. I also have a few Ideas on how we could enhance it visually if you are open to exploring them, we can talk about it.
This shit is like crack. Awesome action, interesting characters and a world I would like to drown in. This is my ke of the great ones, don’t be missing out.
Read to chapter 99 and figure I'll start with the stuff the novel does right in my opinion. the discovery of the ship, the plot that adds mystery to a space power growth journey is very well done. there are times you just KNOW who's the next bad guy only for your expectations to be subverted. There isn't much of a pokemon adding scheme going into the harem so it's more manageable than other novels as well the major flaw with this story is the spelling. contrary to translation novels this one does have misplaced or oddly swapped words. In a way, that makes it worse. The spelling is bad to a point that if you're paying for chapters, I would feel cheated. thankfully I'm reviewing during the 24 hr free period. overall score out of 10: 6.8 this would be a staple for anyone's library if the novel undergoes a crazy edit.
