This assumes that 40% of all the people gain a blessing. We don't know what the real percentage is. From a school of 500, there might be only 5 that get a blessing, and then most likely none of them are going to be too highly ranked.
Many people believed that if there were so many Blessed making so much money, then there were many rich Blessed, but this was not even close to reality. The number of people who awakened Blessings was not low, but it was also not high; if it were not for the high remuneration, many with Blessings would not even want to invade Fortresses because many people had died inside them. It can be said that among the Blessed: 45% of them were of Rank F, 28% of Rank E, 15% of Rank D, 8% of Rank C, 3% of Rank B, and 1% of Rank A. The amount of Blessed Rank S was so low that it didn't even factor into the statistic.
