it always takes me a few moments to realise that americans pay inflates prices with their USD which makes the costs for the same items in USD in europe seem way over priced. securitt fencinf like the stuff I think you are placing IS expensive tough, and usually not worth it. with his cash lining the prerimiter with shipping comtainers is best as it will stop a truck from slamming through. for the security fencing yoh need atleast concrete flower beds infront of the fencing to stop a regular car from crashing through.

water filtration needs the filter cleaned or replaced depending on the model ever x amount of gallons or years. generators run om gas etc. thats finite and fuel actually expires too. you need those surplus militairy ones that also run on wood blocks for shtf. in fact. wood stoves especially ones you can hook a radiator network onto to heat the whole network up are as robust as it gets. you can cook on those too. solar panels are great but they still lose effectiveness overtime and will need to be replaced x amount of years in so keep that in mind. if youre by a stream or river, you might want to consider a waterwheel instead. etc etc etc. theres tons of kit out there you can do. even in the 2010s but a lot of it stops functioning around the time the warrenty expires.

having revan as a lightsaber combat capable force ghost doesnt really work well with the whole ghost idea, unless hes like Kitty Pryde... but thats just my opinion
