Gilgamesh deliberately didn't use Divine Constructs against Shirou because he wanted to beat him fairly or something like that.
There is absolutely no chance a mere Magus—regardless of how strong or proficient he is at using [Reinforcement]—should have been able to surpass the most renowned Demigod in all of Greece who, in spite of his outrageous Stats and overpowered Master, still fell short trying to breach Gilgamesh's defense. Does not matter how Nasu explains it, because it really was not a convincing victory at all.

it's made of thin air, it literally can't be as strong as the original, even the tree clone only retains 50% of its strength.

Boosted Gear must double its power every time, this is the conceptual power of Ddraig's dominance. The limitation is that the body physically cannot withstand a large number of enhancements and will simply explode from an excess of energy.
A/N: I have changed how the Boosted Gear works because really, it never worked the way it said it did. If it did go like 2x 4x 8x 16x... Issei would have split the entire Underworld in half with a single punch. And if it went 2x 3x 4x... Issei would not have been strong enough. I will just chalk this up to the sacred gear system being buggy(Ishibumi forgot). How Boosted Gear or anything works really is not properly explained so I am going off of my own interpretation, if you have problems with it call it an AU or whatever. Also, Ddraig can only speak when the Boosted Gear is active.

she can easily kill batman with her power... you seem to be greatly underestimating her power. Batman is an ordinary person, even if he is a martial artist, it doesn't change much. He can only resist her in his exo suit, which he created to fight Superman.

She wasn't afraid of showing off her ability, as she knew it wouldn't make much of a difference against someone like Superman, or even Batman. She also didn't show enough for them to get much out of it.

Webbing the final man to the wall, Gwen sighed as she looked at the aftermath of her first fight. Gwen grabbed the fourth man she knocked unconscious, and webbed him together with his friends. Before she grabbed all the guns, took the clips out of them, and webbed them against the wall, before walking back to her cell.

Seeing the last three finally getting the webbing off of their faces, Gwen dashed and placed a kick into the chest of the leader of the group's chest, causing a *Crack* sound to emanate from it, and launching him back. Webbing him quickly, she blocked the next punch coming towards her, before swiping the assailant's feet from under him, and punching him in the face harshly, knocking him unconscious as well.
