Bab 72: Chapter 72
"Shit!" I yell at the phone as I worry for Hunter's safety he may not die due to Bobby being part of them but he may get roghed up pretty badly if he doesn't escape like he did in the show.
"What?" Kara looks worried.
I shake my head. "I have to make a call. Give me a minute." The men that held Bakshi put him in our car as Kara gets in the driver's seat.
I dial Coulson's number and he finally answers. "Ward."
"Sir, they have Hunter! He called and his call got cut off."
"Mack and Morse." Coulson doesn't sound too surprised but he does sound pissed.
"Yes. All he said before the line was cut off was that it's another SHIELD. Does that mean anything to you?" I look back at Kara. She hasn't moved from behind the wheel and the men have gone back inside.
"No. Thanks for the heads up. Let me know if Hunter contacts you again. I'll let May and Fitz know. Skye is safe for now. Nobody knows where she is. I need to take care of this. You're ok out there?"
"Yes, Sir. I'll await your call if you need anything. I think Kara would be willing to help too."
"Sounds good. I'll call you as soon as I can." The line goes dead.
I feel like the story is still going in the same direction which is weird at the very least Gordon should have contacted me and the only reason I can think of him not doing it could be that I am always with Kara and I am not unstable like Raina or Cal for him to drag me without permission and would only take me like Skye. Whatever the case maybe I need to learn more about my powers at the very least I know that I have telekenisis but is that all or is there something else.
I feel the anticipation of finding about my new powers and training them, for luffy's powers I know exactly how to train then so I am following that routine but because I don't know anything about these new one that I got so I am happy to find out about them. Anyway I do have Bakshi so I'm going to use him.
After getting what we can from him, Kara and I decide to try and duplicate the brainwashing Hydra did on Kara, I really didn't have any problem with it as I think that bastard deserves it. If we can brainwash Bakshi into doing our bidding, taking down Hydra will be a piece of cake.
We work on Bakshi for days. At first it doesn't seem to be working but as soon as it does, it's immediate.
When Kara isn't with me working on Bakshi, she talks to Andrew. She even met him for coffee today. She's taken to Andrew and has progressed more than I did in the beginning. She's fighting to become the agent she was before but I didn't wanted that I for her I wanted her to retire and start a new life and I told Adrew about it and even he thinks it would be good for Kara to get out of Agent business so that she could start a new life but the problem is, She speaks about SHIELD often now and the colleagues she lost over the years so it's clear that if they wanted her to get back on her own those memories of Shield will be really helpful for her.

While Ward was busy with his training and helping Kara things weren't good at Playground.
Morse steals the "toolbox" that Fury gave new director Phil Coulson, but is confronted by May, while Coulson confronts Mack about his allegiances. Morse and May fight, but when reinforcements arrive to help May, Morse overrides the bases systems, creating an opportunity for herself and Mack to escape capture. At "The Retreat", a safe house for people with abilities that Bruce Banner created for himself, Agent Skye tries on the gloves that Agent Jemma Simmons created for her, intended to inhibit her new-found earthquake abilities. Though they assist with dampening the vibrations, they cause light headedness in Skye. She is visited by Gordon, a teleporting man with no eyes who explains how her gift can be used for good, tapping into the vibrations of all things. He offers to take her to a safe place where people like them can help her master these powers, and leaves her to make her own decision.
Simmons manages to detain Morse when the latter underestimates her, but when May finds a gas mask in Morse's possession, they realize that Morse and Mack never intended to escape. Dendrotoxin gas fills the base, knocking all those inside, bar May, unconscious. The agents of "the real S.H.I.E.L.D." that Morse and Mack work for enter the base and take control. Agent Tomas Calderon learns of Skye's whereabouts and asks to lead a team to detain her. Morse decides to go with him. At the cabin, Skye removes the gloves and successfully manipulates the movements of water, realizing that Gordon was right. Soon after, May calls her to warn of the incoming danger.
Gonzales explains to Coulson that they want his help in opening the toolbox, to ensure that none of Fury's secrets can harm S.H.I.E.L.D. or the rest of the world again. Coulson refuses to help, and May arrives, knocking Gonzales out and helping Coulson escape, before surrendering to Agent Anne Weaver. Skye runs from the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents hunting her, who Morse has ordered to use knock out bullets rather than real ones, as Skye is a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent just like them. Calderon, who has had bad experiences with gifted individuals before, tries to shoot Skye with a real gun, and as she attempts to defend herself, her abilities bring down a large section of the surrounding forest. A branch hits Calderon in the chest and Skye, horrified at what she can do, calls to Gordon for help. He promptly appears, and takes her away.
After getting out of Playground, Coulson meets up with Lance Hunter, who agrees to become a permanent S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, and the two begin planning their next move.

Ward POV
My mind wanders to Coulson and Skye a lot and I'm relieved to hear from Coulson meaning he successfully escaped from Playground.
"Sir?"
"I'm with Hunter. This other SHIELD took over our base. I made it out. Fitz just contacted me. We're going to pick him up and then we're coming for you." Coulson answers
"I'll be ready. Kara will help. I haven't told her I'm working for you but I think she'll be ok with it. And we've got Bakshi."
"Bakshi? How did that happen?" questions Coulson
"Long story but he's willing to help. How's the rest of the team?" I'm really asking about Skye. Sure, I'm worried about Simmons and May and Skye as well as her mother is a psychopath who is good at manipulating people who knows what will happen now that she knows that Grant Ward is changed she may give her mother trust her mother more or she may not trust her at all.
"I lost her, Ward. There's a powered person—a man. He got to her before I could come back to get her." Coulson spoke though I already knew about that but I tried to look as surprised and angry as I could.
"Who is he? Where was she and why did you leave her in the first place?"
