Bab 72: The Deciding Battle

Only five minutes had gone by, yet there were countless human bodies scattered on the surface, with their heads and ligaments segmented on the floor. It was a bloodbath-if I have to describe it, but I had given no other choice but to dismember my enemies before they could even kill me.

There was only one person who stood before the corpses of his men. It was none other than the captain himself, who had been hiding in the corner of his mates. Although we already clashed fists and blades, he has yet to commit and only attacked me from afar.

He must have been waiting for the chance to tire me out and ultimately strike me from behind.

"You're tired, goblin," He utters while licking the tip of his knife like a crazed lunatic. "I can even hear your breath even from here."
