80 years ago, in the dead of winter... Heinrich found the body of his teacher. Her soulless body lay on its side, with half of her face buried in snow.

Traces of blood was leaking from her mouth, yet she looked peaceful, as if she'd just fallen asleep. In that cave... she was alone.

That night, and many, many nights after, he didn't sleep at all. He thought about how she had been murdered and how it had happened before him without him knowing.

All he knew about that incident was... one day, she disappeared... and never came back.

At the time, they were going to celebrate his 20th birthday.
