He stood on the threshold of the fortress's keep, knowing he must either decide to make a stand with Everton and Duke Thayer or run.

Glancing anxiously at his pack, he noticed his members watching him attentively, their nods of approval reassuring him of his decision.

They could hear his thoughts on the subject and understood that this was an undertaking that affected them all and should be made by all. Not just leaving one member to carry the entire burden.

He turned to face his pack and reminded them of the consequences.
