Those with Devil Fruit abilities faced further torment, as their powers were stifled by cruel devices. The Beasts Pirates strategically stationed crew members and formidable fighters to ensure no one slipped through the cracks.
Ulti entered the area, she was tasked with maintaining order in this dark corner of the world. Despite not yet achieving the coveted status of one of Kaido six formidable fighters, Ulti meat Sebastian's expectations in every way.
Standing at a modest 1.7 meters, Ulti sported a distinctive look—blue hair, pink eyes, and a mask that added an air of mystery. In contrast, Sebastian, towering at 2.8 meters, found himself looking down at her, creating an interesting dynamic.
Curiosity sparked the conversation as Ulti, with a glance upward, inquired about Sebastian's purported Big Mom-like talent.

Foreheads collided, creating a resonating buzz. Ulti, nursing her forehead, took a step back, wincing in pain.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch! Is your head made of steel? That hurt so much!" Ulti exclaimed, unable to hide his surprise.
"I told you I have steel skin," Sebastian said, a wry smile playing on his lips.
Sebastian reached out to touch his forehead, discovering only a minor mark—a testament to the formidable power of the Black Wing Demon Fruit that exceeded even his expectations.
Ulti, exuding an air of innocence that could rival a mischievous sprite, chimed in, "Oh, I forgot!"
Sebastian, with a sly smile, muttered to himself, "Quite the natural airhead, aren't you?"
"Hmm? What did you say? I didn't catch that," Ulti asked, her eyes wide and curious.
Sebastian waved it off, "Oh, nothing important. Just random thoughts."
"Really?" Ulti pressed.
"Absolutely," he assured her.
Sebastian couldn't help but marvel at the power of his newfound Black Wing Demon Fruit.
Ulti's headbutt, though lacking Armament Haki, packed a surprising punch. It left her in pain while Sebastian stood unscathed.
"System, is my fruit really this potent?" Sebastian questioned.
