Traps were set up, supplies were distributed, front lines were in position and at the ready, while medic camps were set up at strategic locations across the battlefield, ensuring swift medical attention could be given to the wounded.

The skies were monitored round the clock by teams of scouts, their eyes sharp for any sign of the advancing wave. Communication lines were established, utilizing both modern technology and arcane methods, to ensure seamless coordination across the vast battlefield.
