Bab 134: System Upgrade

Alex closed the chat channel and looked at Mia beside him with a smile.

"Mia, feeling a bit relieved now?"

The series of actions just now were naturally to help Mia vent, although it was only a slight annoyance to James.

After all, he couldn't just rush to City 25 and confront James, shouting angrily, "Are you bullying my woman?"

That was obviously unrealistic.

Alex couldn't bear to see Mia humiliated like this, so naturally, he resolved the matter in the present moment.

Mia smiled.

"Feeling much better! I can even imagine the frustrated look on James' face when he received those dusty chicken legs."

Alex chuckled and took out the twenty raw chicken legs James had sent, all of which he gave to Puff Tiger.

That was enough to satisfy Puff Tiger's appetite.

Mia suddenly worried again, "But, won't it affect us to have enmity with James?"

"From what others say, this James seems to have some influence."
