I havent actually read any of this authors particular Version of this book, however i have seen this story released by 2 others following the same plot (the gold in the house, the famous painting, etc.) and it was a decent story. The only issue with the others is that they all dropped it around chapter 30 or 40.
Mc starts off in real estate which is what I liked, But then changes into an action movie with bed guys coming out the wood work on top of that the Mc has daddy issues and is blinded by the need to be acknowledged also geography is off because mexico and Switzerland have a international train together???

A very lack lustre novel. Surprisingly this Chinese novel is based in America aka A Beautiful country, but it just doesn’t work or do the story any favours. Set around Las Vegas, the story is about a hint system for nothing less than repo houses, or the like. Typical villainous bad guys who get their dues and of course the damsel, Sherriff Jessica. I tried to get into a sense of this is ok to read but it wouldn’t work for me so I decided to exit before I took any injuries moving forward. My recommendation, don’t bother and look for something else.

Mc is a looser...his father and brother keep taking money from him..his company gose under but mc keep giving them more...he want his father's acknowledgement so badly that story lost its charms.2/10 ................................
