Leos Klein was never a religious man.
In his past life, he was an atheist and remained one up until the day of his death in Phobos. But he knew of faith, understood their significance to others and knew what they preached and represented. He knew of sins and virtues, of afterlives being dependent on how good or bad of a person you were in life. And he knew of reincarnation, of the soul transmigrating across time and space to be reborn as someone else.
So when he said he hoped that death would bring him to a better place in his last moments, he hadn’t expected this.

Somehow the mc who was supposed to be an old experienced man is so stupid to the point that it's frustrating. He still thinks/acts like a teenager when he was supposed to have the mind of a century-old tyrant. Fights are good and all but it became boring pretty fast with all the repetition. Mc doesn't know how to use a mech but he had the experience so he is a pro at it, he is not a good marksman but can shoot perfectly fine because he had experience. The experience just comes when the plot needs it and disappears at the next moment. I felt pure frustration while reading. Repeating the same things about his background, his problems with his engagement, etc felt like it was there just for the word count and clout. You could make an oc without a background and a bit of talent and it would still be the same story.
Honestly, i don't even know the lore of Armored core but this somehow fits perfectly, Although it was tagged Harem, i hope it's only 2 people. Also, romance isn't really focused here but we'll see in the future. can't wait to see the part where he beat up the prince. Overall, it's worth reading, especially the war arc.
Trash a oldman mc who sounds so awesome from the way it’s described in the starting and even has villain tag yet here he is acting like a kid and get hit by a mere side character (Comedy violence) and even acting submissive tch act normal even if you don’t act a little prideful or act as befitting your dignity as a past ruler
Definitely something of an unexpected crossover between fantasy and distopian sci-fi...Mob Sekai and Armored Core.This story is a repost but definitely worth reading with Armored Core 6 coming right up around our alley.
This is very good in that is goes a different path from mobusekai canon which most fanfics don't. It's very well written, and both armoured core and mobusekai elements play into it relatively equally. even if you only know one franchise or even none i recommend this. it doesn't require knowledge of either fandoms and is basically an original work.
I like the approach of the main character to his situation and the way he doesn't lay low too much when it's not necessary, and I especially like that he isn't like Leon who's playing around too much when he needs to man up and act seriously
In all honesty, I'm amusingly surprised. This is a great take to mobuseka. Not much fan of fanfic, but this one is something I really enjoy. In fact, this could be an entirely new novel on its own. It follows similar route to the original novel at the beginning where Leon got sent to marry and die, but unlike the original series, in this one, dude actually got married to the whale albeit only in paper and got sent to the frontline. That's where our fun begins. Really recommend it to all. Great job writer and I salute you translator-san.

Its a Top Quality merge of Armored core combat and ACs in the "trapped in a dating sim" setting. Good Combat.Lots of Detail.Real lifelike characters.Clever writing.Seamless world merge.A bit of Comedy.A few Lemons of here and there.Honestly what more could you want
