Messy story, meandering plot, way to op too fast, nonsensical dialogue, annoying system. This novel has all the worst qualities of trash chinese mtl novels.
Is this a re-write? I remember I read a story like this a few months ago, and it had the same story line with the same devil fruit ability with the same name for the towns. If it is, please don't drop it. I loved your story. Also, is this a harem or single love interest?
Why would there be a chat system on a dungeon? It's just a way for these CN Novels to fill wordcount with useless repetitive reactions. Shame, the premise seemed good.

I tried to do it but this story is very bad, first of all a lot of Chinese idioms, the protagonist can steal powers and give them to whoever the protagonist is, he has no charisma or objective that interests you in his trip out of the world. The fact that he loves all women and the worst of all is that he is not alone, there are many other reincarnated people who are just there to get slapped.
From the writing style it's incredibly obvious that this is a Chinese novel so you can expect the typical tropes you find in those novels, like face-slapping, one dimensional original characters and a lot of humble-bragging. The translation is readable, although the translator should really edit the chapters before posting them, since a lot of terms and names from One Piece seem to be incorrectly translated. Overall it's a decent piece of fanfiction to read if you just want something to deal with your boredom, but don't expect a well written masterpiece.
