章 518: Anime Translators
Apparently they're paid around 80$ per episode on Crunchyroll, which is really abysmal. Some episodes can definitely take days to translate. Occasionally they might get lucky where the whole episode is just a fight scene.
There is no pay rate and if the anime upload times are fucked, so are the translators.
