Cassandra arrived at the high-end ladies gym ready for a work-out session, still wearing her business clothes.

The clock pointed at 7PM as she had just finished her work, Cassandra walked straight and checked in using her VIP membership card.

Cassandra came to the gym once or twice a week as part of her regular routine. She had just had a long hard day at work and the tension in her body was aching to be released.

As she headed to the locker room with a bottle of fresh water in hand, Courtney, her personal trainer of five years, waved her over from the yoga studio.

Cassandra smiled and walked over, seeing a fresh batch of young ladies doing an intense yoga session under the careful watch of Courtney.

They briskly exchanged greetings before she mentioned, "CC, do you mind giving me an extra session after this class? I'm set to work out my fitness."
