Jennifer didn't even feel her nerves anymore. The news delivered to her, left her feeling all numb over her body with her mind going through a malfunctioning to proceed with anything. 

"I..I..I..h...had a..mis-miscrage?" 

"Yes, a miscarriage. This was due to your weak body and the em-emotional turmoil. The amount of blood  you lost..caused the one.." Hannah answered honestly without lifting her eyes to see what her best friend might feel after hearing this. 

Not only that, no one in her entire family was ready to accept the fact that she had such a big deal. 

They were ready to never bring this in front of her eyes since they couldn't bear to let Lucas know of such big news. 

But for Jennifer, she could sense a bucket of coldest ice was poured over her head. The lips of hers parted but no sound came.
