章 376: You Betrayed Me First

Sadie's wrist had swollen horribly by the time they made it back to the childhood home she had so desperately tried to escape. A familiar occurrence. 

She had to get out of here. But how? 

Escape was impossible when her father wouldn't leave her alone. She knew that from all the times she had been punished growing up. Left to her own devices, she could use her powers to escape easily but he always found her and dragged her back. 

Harvey knew all of her tricks. He wasn't about to let her out of his sight so how was she supposed to get home? 

He had been yelling at her the entire time she had been here and her instinct was to shrink back in fear. She had to at least half listen to what he said as she tried to think of an escape plan because if she didn't, he might ask her something and punish her more harshly for not being able to respond properly. It had happened before.
