章 140: I Won't Lie For You

"Are you okay?" Colton whispered on their way out the door. 

Jenna gave a slight shake of her head. "No but I have to be. I'm considering letting Bryce take Wesley for the rest of the day so I can go out with JoJo again. I have to pull myself together before tomorrow."

"If worse comes to worst, I can punch anyone that gives you a hard time. I don't see that happening though because everyone likes Bryce, especially Evan. You might get more questions than you want but I don't think anyone will say anything rude. It is totally crazy that Peter's friend is Wesley's dad but they'll adjust. Will you?"

Honestly, she wasn't sure at this point. Bryce was completely taking over her life and she didn't want that. Her feelings toward him were too tangled up to make sense of and being around him was hard but she did owe him. She knew that so she had to deal with it. 

"I'm going to have to," Jenna said grimly.
