章 3: Design his new house and level up a skill
Brandon currently had a rather large budget. He had $234 million to spend on what ever he wanted which was more than enough to build his dream house. He wanted a house that wasn't to large since he lived alone. He didn't want to spend a lot of time cleaning it. He decided on something that was only 6,500 square feet or almost 604 square meters. It would have only a single floor above ground while having 2 underground.
These underground floors are what would increase the price more since the land has to be excavated for them to be built. The floor above ground would have a living area, a Library, a small office, a kitchen, a single bathroom and a single bedroom. This would all be used for any time he had a guest. The first underground floor would be where he spent most of his time. It would consist of a living area, a larger library, a training room so he could practice any skills he may learn in the future, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a walk in closet large enough to be another room on its own.
The first underground floor space bathroom would have a walk in shower that would have a rain style shower head and a large bathtub for relaxing. He enjoyed spending time soaking in the bath in his previous life while reading and wanted to do so again in this life. The living area would have a projector and a large couch that had plenty of space to stretch out. The office would have the best office furniture and electronics he could purchase. The training room he would have to finish designing at a later time as he still wasn't sure what it would need. The library he would steadily fill with any book and cultivation related manuals that he collected over time.
The second underground floor would be a vault. He would store anything he deemed valuable there. For now he was thinking that he would store any jewelry and some spirit stones there. He was going to store the spirit stones there because he wanted to have a small stash just incase he was ever robbed in the future. He doubted he ever would be, but he wanted to be safe just in case. This vault would be the best money could buy. From his research there was one that was supposed to be able to withstand an attack from someone who had already reached the level of an Earth Immortal. He figured that most people above that level probably wouldn't waste their time robbing people any ways so that was strong enough.
After mentioning everything he wanted in his house to the construction company and also informing them that he wanted the house to be built out of the best materials he could buy with regular cash his total came out to $85 million because of the cost of the materials and excavation.

He was happy to see his skill upgrade. He was planning to level it up once more before he would start working on his actual power level/cultivation level. He was doing this because he wanted to be able to increase his strength as quickly as possible and this would be the best way to do so.
Since it was getting late he decided to head back to his apartment that he had been living in up to this point in his life. He was going to pack his things and move into one of the apartment buildings he purchased since there were a few vacant units in them.
