章 56: Hungover

I woke up suddenly with shooting pain in my head and with no damn knowledge of where I was.

I am lying on a couch with a blanket wrapped around me.

Where am I? How did I get here?

I raised my head from the pillow my head was resting on to scan my surroundings.

I paused when my eyes landed on Dr. Owens's desk.

Oops, I slept in Dr. Owens's office?

What the hell happened yesterday?

"Ouch," I feel the shooting pain again. I am having a hungover . Did I get drunk last night?

"You are finally awake." Dr. Owens walks in.

"Good morning?" I say drowsily as I sat up straight on the couch. The blanket that was huddled around me fell to the floor. I was too tired and feeling so miserable to pick it up.

"It's afternoon."

"What, Afternoon?" I squinted my eyes at him. "No way, I sleep for that long?"

Fuck! My headache is getting worse. White wine doesn't cause this kind of extreme hungover but I guess I drank too much of it.
