章 25: Liar!

Except that that night he was awakened by Mika's frantic heartbeat and when he opened his eyes wide, surprised and worried, he saw that Mika was in the grip of a nightmare and that he was already drenched in sweat.

Fuck, Alanis thought immediately, he wanted to put his hand on his forehead to check if he had a fever but Mika started to struggle and so he positioned himself on top of him and he called him while trying to keep him from struggling until he woke up.

And when Mika finally opened his eyes, and that he still looked lost, it took him a long time to calm him down.

But he took the time to reassure him and when Mika finally seemed to calm down and his heart rate was more or less back to normal, he asked him worried, "Mika, sweetheart, what happened? Do you remember your nightmare?"
