章 39: Waiting for You to Take Me away

At night after Tang Beibei finished her homework, she put the cap on her pen and turned her head. She saw her husband holding a book on philosophy. 

How could he be so engrossed in such a boring book?

Only her husband! 

"Hubby, it's getting late, shall we go to bed?"

"Yes."

Jiang Jingchen had been waiting for her to say that.

He put down the book. In fact, it was a book titled "36 Stratagems of Love" wrapped with a philosophy book cover. He put the book back on the bookshelf. 

After they finished washing up, Jiang Jingchen wheeled himself to his side of the bed and looked at the woman lying under the blanket.

"Beibei, today you told me for the first time that you like me. Don't we need some kind of new ritual before we go to sleep?"

"What kind of ritual?"

Tang Beibei looked at him, who was still in his wheelchair. She thought for a moment, got out of bed and walked to his side. "How about if I help you to bed?"
