"My, my." Jackson pressed his fingertips on the bottom of the wineglass, sliding it in her direction. "So? How was that little show? Did you find it satisfactory?"

"Maybe?" Fil shrugged, taking the wineglass with a thanks. "He followed me all the way here. Based on where he hid, I'm sure he caught a glimpse of you."

Jackson chuckled in amusement, picking up his wineglass and raising it mildly. "I guess we have a lot of things to toast tonight."

Fil giggled, raising the wine glass mildly before taking a sip. Her brows rose as soon as the sweet taste of the wine exploded in her mouth.
