Never in his life did he imagine that he would gain this many points from defeating Alvida. Thinking that he could easily become stronger by defeating the opponents in system space, he quickly cleaned up and had breakfast. Then he went to the training ground to check his theory, but reality is often disappointing. He didn't get any significant points from defeating Alvida again, theorizing that it was a one-time bonus for defeating his first opponent. Hearing that, Shanks knew that his mom was trying to cheer him up, but it helped him to lessen his depression. Soon, he bounced back, remembering that he has a system which can be better than any affinities, and he can try his luck on fuinjutsu and taijutsu. Seeing that her attempt to cheer her son is working, she added, "Today, I will make your favorite food for dinner. Help me with the preparations." With that, both mother and son duo started working on dinner, but a small frown could be seen on Honoka's face due to her concern about her son. Without any chakra affinities, it's very difficult to be a shinobi and survive in this war-torn world. Her musing was interrupted by Itama coming home after fulfilling his duty as a clan elder. Seeing the warm atmosphere in the home, all his fatigue vanished, and he joined his family for dinner. During the conversation, Honoka and Shanks told him about Shanks' condition. Hearing that, he was sad and reassured Shanks that he would hire the best healer to look into his condition and see if there is a cure for that. Seeing that Shanks became emotional, he said, "Dad, don't worry. Even without chakra affinities, I will become the strongest shinobi in the whole Shinobi world." Seeing that today's revelation didn't affect Shanks much, he was relieved but became concerned for the future. Much like Honoka, he became concerned that it would be difficult to become a shinobi, much less the strongest shinobi, but he didn't know. But he could feel the conviction in his son's voice and determination, which could not be seen in a child of his age. Still, he thought that he had to try to find a cure for his son. After much thought, he said, "I will try to book an appointment with the best healer of the Uzumaki clan." Hearing that, Honoka perked up. A hopeful expression could be seen on her face. Seeing hope on her face, Shanks tried to reassure his parents that he would be fine, and there is no need to make any appointments with a healer, but they were adamant about it. So he went to sleep.
