"Well, there are so many ways you could be screaming my name this morning," he said to her with a serious look. "For example, rejecting the call from Nicholas Heirs?"

The second Maya heard that the clouds in her eyes disappeared. She felt like killing Brian, so she rose to her feet, attempting to hit him, but he managed to escape.

"Who the fuck authorized you to touch my phone?!" Maya asked as she chased after him. She was so mad at him that she didn't want to stop until her hands touched him.

"And who the fuck is Nicholas heirs?" Brian fired back without slowing in his steps. He pulled the room door open and left in quick steps.

"It's none of your business, little boy!" Maya said to him while running after him.

Brian suddenly stopped in his steps just as he got to the living area. He gnashed his teeth and turned around just as she approached him.

"Who did you call a little boy?" he asked, daring her to give an answer he wouldn't like.
